Quando minha mulher viu o personagem, ela pareceu achar ele mais bonito do que eu na vida real.”
Shadows passou por outro processo de captura para incorporar seu personagem no jogo, a Treyarch não usaria o mesmo personagem de Black Ops 2 pois a tecnologia tinha mudado e Shadows também. “Eles fizeram scans do meu corpo, tiraram fotos das tatuagens e então escrevi e dublei algumas frases para o personagem, a maioria não foi aceita pois eram inapropriadas[…], mas conseguimos algumas boas. Foi bem diferente do que cantar, não considero cantar a mesma coisa que dublar, o que fiz para o jogo foi com certeza uma dublagem. Assim, consegui capturar minha personalidade dentro do personagem.”
