O Avenged Sevenfold voltou à São Paulo e cumpriu o prometido
Em seu segundo show em São Paulo com a diferença de uma semana, o Avenged Sevenfold não lotou o Espaço das Américas como tinha feito no dia 12, mas o publico que estava lá com certeza não se arrependeu em ter optado por ir à segunda apresentação. Com a promessa de um show diferente para os fãs, a banda por um momento os deixou com um pé atrás ao iniciar a apresentação com Shepherd of Fire seguida se Critical Acclaim. Mas as coisas logo começaram a mudar quando, após M.Shadows conversar um pouco com o público, anunciar Welcome To The Family, que tinha sido tocada na turnê de 2011 e tirada do setlist do Rock in Rio.
Ao todo, foram cinco músicas diferentes do que havia sido tocado no show da semana anterior, e nas inéditas, eles decidiram viajar um pouco em suas raízes do Waking The Fallen, apresentando para os fãs brasileiros, que nunca tinham escutado ao vivo no Brasil, Chapter Four. Mas não parou por aí, no meio do show o A7X decidiu acelerar novamente e tocou Burn it Down, do disco City of Evil. Foi uma música que estava sendo esperada por muitos fãs já havia um tempo, pois eles tinham voltado a colocá-la em seu setlist depois de sete anos fora e não havia sido tocada em nenhum show do Brasil. Shadows perguntou se os fãs estavam a fim de algo muito rápido, e a resposta de quando começou Burn it Down foi a sensação de uma casa lotada, mesmo não estando.
Mas não parou por aí, caminhando para as últimas músicas do show a última surpresa chegou: Second Heartbeat,mais uma das favoritas do Waking The Fallen que animou a galera até não poder mais. A outra música que alterou o setlist foi Fiction, tocada em homenagem ao falecido baterista The Rev.
A banda estava em excelente forma e muito animada no palco, o que foi legal quando é esperado um cansaço vindo de uma bateria de shows anteriores. Eles interagiram com o público, brincaram e fizeram a galera cantar sem parar. Elogiaram muito a cidade de São Paulo, onde tudo começou para o Avenged Sevenfold, dizendo aquele era o público mais alto de todos. E eles não se enganaram.
O A7X cumpriu o prometido, animou a galera e deixou o público do Espaço das Américas já com vontade de uma próxima apresentação.
