O Rock in Rio anunciou o Avenged Sevenfold e o Bring Me The Horizon como atrações do dia do rock na edição de 2026. O A7X será, pela segunda vez, headliner (atração principal) do Palco Mundo.
Após o anuncio, ficou muito claro o porquê do Avenged Sevenfold não ter incluído o Rio de Janeiro em sua turnê que passou pelo Brasil (Curitiba [28/01] e São Paulo [31/01]) há uma semana.

Às vendas para o público geral ainda não foram anunciadas pelo Rock in Rio, mas que adquiriu o Rock in Rio Card já pode escolher o dia que quer ir até o dia 31 de março.
